In the unlikely event you do not receive your item(s) because they have got lost in transit we (Gameboard Sales UK) can put in a claim and get the value of the item(s) back (time frame depends on the insurance either way you will receive a replacement item(s) 

Returns

In the unlikely event your item(s) arrive in a damaged condition you must notify us within 24 hours and keep the original packaging , item(s) must not be used or tampered with

If sending the damaged item(s) back to us they must be correctly packaged and properly addressed and sent special delivery service(insured) so we (Gameboard Sales UK) sign for the returned goods

 It is your responsibility to keep your receipt for proof of return, failing to do this will result in your loss of item(s) as we have no way of putting a claim in  for damaged item(s)/lost in transit

Gameboard Sales Uk is not responsible for item(s) getting lost in transit when being returned to us

Machines

All machines are to be collected from us and payment is cash on collection we prefer collection it allows us to demonstrate machine working and show you how to alter game settings i.e. demo sound, difficulty etc. - we do not offer a home delivery service
